1. Click on ‘Submit a Request’ located in the upper-right section of the Info Center Homepage.
2. The system will ask you to log in with your credentials.
3. Fill in all sections in the request form to submit your ticket.
On the inPersona DApp:
1. Access your Profile section then click on Help.
2. The DApp will redirect you to the inPersona Info center. Once there, locate the menu and choose "Submit a Request".
3. Fill in all sections in the request form to submit your ticket.

- Aim to include as much information as possible in your request to help reduce resolution time.
- If you can't submit a Request you can also write an email to contact@vyvo.support (Reaching out to this channel will likely take longer to resolve).
