1. How can I make a purchase on the inPersona shop?
To make a purchase from the inPersona shop, follow these steps:
1. Visit m.inpersona.com or shop.vyvo.com.
2. Choose your preferred section:

3. Select your desired product, add any available add-ons, specify the quantity, and click "Buy now."

No, there is no limit to the number of Data-NFTs that can be minted on the inPersona DApp by one user as long as they are available.
3. How to Buy an NFT on inPersona PRO Using the "Purchase Data NFT" Option.
The Data NFT Stake (no level) purchased via the "Purchase Data NFT" button (exclusive of inPersona PRO app), located on the InPersona PRO app homepage, does not allow the application of the SocialFi Reward.
1. On the inPersona Pro App homepage, locate and click on the "Purchase Data NFT" button.
2. You will be prompted to authorize the payment using either your Fingerprint or password, utilizing your app store credentials and payment information.
3. The transaction will be automatically authorized, and your NFT will be available in the wallet's NFT section and in the App homepage.

This purchase alone will not allow you to have a bindable/working Data NFT. You will need to upgrade your Data-NFT stake to benefit from all its services.

4. What is the difference between a Data NFT Stake (no level) purchased via the "Purchase Data NFT" button and one purchased via the shop?
Both methods allow you to purchase a Data NFT Stake (no level) alone at the price of $35. However, there is a difference depending on the purchasing method:
- The Data NFT Stake (no level) purchased via the "Purchase Data NFT" button (exclusive of inPersona PRO app), located on the InPersona PRO app homepage, does not allow the application of the SocialFi Reward.
- The Data NFT Stake (no level) purchased directly through the shop allows the application of the SocialFi Reward.
For both, the only way to ensure the reception of the complete Rewards is exclusively through the store by selecting the Data NFT Level in the Data NFT - Stake/Upgrade menu, at the time of purchase or later.

5. How do I redeem my Data-NFT?
To redeem an NFT from the inPersona shop, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://m.inpersona.com.
2. Select the kit/pack desired depending on the NFT you can redeem with your voucher, remove the add-ons and click "Buy now."
3. Review details, apply Voucher clicking on “Have a voucher?”, insert the code and click Apply, then Continue.
4. Accept terms & conditions, then click "Complete purchase".

6. How can I track my NFT orders?
- Access the inPersona store.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen > My Orders.
Your orders will be listed on this page.
7. Why are my documents rejected during the transaction/order placement?
- Your ID is expired.
- You are not uploading a screenshot or a file converted into another format with the help of software.
- If you have a document that has a back side, like a driving license or an ID card, upload 2 photos: one of the front and one of the back side.
- You submitted an unclear or partial photo of your ID.
- The address listed on the document is not older than 3 months.
8. Do you offer refunds for NFT purchases?
Per our Terms and Conditions, you cannot reverse, refund, or otherwise cancel a Data-NFT Transaction therefore all purchases made on the inPersona Shop are final and non-refundable.
