If you cannot find the Data-NFT someone transferred to you, in the crypto wallet associated with your inPersona profile, the following troubleshooting steps can be taken:
- Compare the receiver wallet address to the one the sender transferred the Data NFT to. If the addresses are different, it means that the sender transferred the Data-NFT in a wallet that is different from the receiver one.
- If the wallet addresses are the same, compare the "network" chain of the receiver with the one the sender minted the DATA NFT in. The destination chain will be the same chain the DATA NFT was minted in by the original owner.
If the wallet addresses and network chains are the same, but the user still cannot find the Data-NFT in their wallet, they should contact customer service for further assistance.
