Who are my Connections and where do I find them?
Your Connections refer to Users who have registered on inPersona using your Invitation Code and have become a part of one of your Hubs, depending on the Code you provided them.
In the inPersona DApp, the HealthFi & SocialFi section features a Community sub-section that allows you to view all of your connections.
Changing Connections positioning
You cannot change the position of the Connections once they are added to a Hub Console.
If you wish to make a change, please contact the Support Team.
Please note: Old Vyvo Profiles positioning can't be modified
What is an Invitation Code and how do I create or receive one?
To access inPersona, the Vyvo SocialFi back office, or add new Connections to your Hubs, you must use an invitation code. However, Old Vyvo Customers do not need this code.
There are two types of invitation codes:
- Permanent Invite Code: An 8-digit alphanumeric sequence that remains valid indefinitely. For example, the code for Hub A is PCA00000, and for Hub B is PCB00000.
- Disposable Invitation Code: A 13-digit alphanumeric sequence that can only be used once. For instance, the code for Hub A is ICA0000000000, and for Hub B is ICB0000000000.
To obtain an Invitation Code
- You can get one from an existing member of the inPersona community.
- Alternatively, you can request one on the VSC Discord/Telegram channels.
To create a disposable invitation code in the inPersona DApp
1. Navigate to the HealthFi & SocialFi section and select the Hubs section.
2. Choose the Hub where you wish to add a connection and click on the "+" icon. Then select "Request Invitation code" to generate a new code.
3. Once generated, you can copy or share the code with your intended connection.
To view all the unused invitation codes you've created
1. Open the DApp and click on the icon located on the top left-hand corner to access your Profile page.
2. Click on "Invitation Codes" to see the list of your codes.
Please note:
- If you're already registered on the vyvo.com platform, you can access inPersona by logging in with the same email used for Vyvo registration, bypassing the need for an Invitation Code.
To send the Permanent Invitation Code from back office
1. Log into your back office > Invitations.
2. Choose the Hub where you wish to add a connection and click on the envelope icon.
3. enter your contact email and click “Send Invitation” to send. You can alternatively click on the link icon next to the envelope one, to copy and send the Invitation Code.
Differently from the disposable Invitation Code, you will not see if the Permanent Invitation Code was used unless you activate the notification email, or you see the contact in your Connections page.
If you send the Invitation Code via email, the receiver will receive an email from you with the link to get to the registration page.
To create and send a new disposable Invitation Code from the Back Office
1. Log into your back office > Invitations.
2. Choose the Hub where you wish to add a connection and click on the "+" icon.
3. Your new Invitation Code will be marked by a green envelope.
4. Click on the envelope, enter your contact email and click “Send Invitation” to send. You can alternatively click on the link icon next to the envelope one, to copy and send the Invitation Code.
If you send the Invitation Code via email, the receiver will receive an email from you with the link to get to the registration page.
During the time the Invitation Code is sent but not yet used, the enveloped marking it will display red.
When your Invitation code will be used, the envelope marking it will turn grey.
When receiving an Invitation Code by email
When you receive an Invite Code via email:
1. Click the link present in the email to get to the registration page.
2. Watch the video to discover the opportunities of Vyvo SocialFi.
3. Select your country, insert your email and click on the “Verify eMail” button.
4. Once correctly submitted your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
5. Go to the log in page and access your back office.
