$VSC is a token you receive as HealthFi reward - you earn when wearing your device connected with a Data-NFT and Data-mining.
The $VSC and $USDV are so-called utility coins or tokens. This indicates that both are "non-security" crypto assets.
Within the inPersona DApp, you can:
- Send $VSC to another account or wallet address.
- Pay gas fees for transactions on the network.
Do you need to have a Data-NFT in order to purchase Vyvo Coin ($VSC)?
No, you do not need to have a Data-NFT in order to purchase Vyvo Coin ($VSC). The Data-NFT and Vyvo Coin are separate entities within the Vyvo ecosystem. The Data-NFT is a unique digital asset that represents personal health data stored securely on the blockchain. On the other hand, Vyvo Coin ($VSC) is a cryptocurrency used within the Vyvo ecosystem for various purposes, such as accessing products and services, or engaging in transactions.
Who determines the price of $VSC?
The price of $VSC obtained by inPersona dApps is determined by the market. Therefore, the price is NOT fixed. The value of $VSCs held by users is simply “$VSCquantity x current market price”. The operating entity of inPersona Apps does NOT give a value to $VSC, but the price or value of $VSC is given by the market. It simply reflects the price on the exchange or the market.
If $VSC is a crypto asset and I am the user who mining it, does this participation in inPersona constitute a crypto asset exchange business?
Neither VSC nor inPersona offer crypto asset exchange, nor do they provide outsourced management wallets or other outsourced management services.
All $VSC are self-custody, self-management by the user.
None of these legal entities operating the $VSC or inPersona solicit trading of $VSC on exchanges or other affiliated companies.
Isn’t inPersona activity regarding $VSC considered as a crypto asset exchange business?
No. inPersona provides a self-managed wallet, not a centralized wallet, where the private key is stored only on the user's own cell phone and is not shared with inPersona or its affiliates.
In other words, $VSC is "user's own management". inPersona and other corporations are not involved in any way in the management of users' crypto assets.
