Personal Reward
Your Personal Reward is influenced by various factors, including your NFT Level, maximum efficiency, block count, miner participation, and the daily-changing mining algorithm.

If you are not receiving your Personal Reward perform the following checks:

Confirm that the MAC and UID address in the Vyvo Smart app match that on the NFT.

Check if the email used in the Vyvo Smart app is the same as in the inPersona app.

Ensure the device is worn correctly, with a snug fit that is neither too loose nor too tight.

Synchronize measurements in the Vyvo Smart app at least once a day before 00:00 UTC.

Verify that the Automatic measurement frequency on the Vyvo Smart app matches the frequency of your Data NFT.

If, after conducting these checks, you still encounter issues, we recommend:

Unbinding and binding the device again from the Vyvo Smart app and the Data NFT.
If you are receiving your Personal Reward partially to maximize your block collection and Personal Reward, please follow these steps:

Ensure all measurements align with your NFT's features and are recorded at designated intervals.

Your measurements before the daily deadline to achieve maximum efficiency.

Manually record measurements for each additional data block to include extra data blocks permitted by your NFT.
Connection VSC
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The email used in the Vyvo Smart app of the Connections is the same as in the Vyvo SocialFi app.
- Your Connections are mining.
- If your Connections are mining, but their mining activity isn't showing up in your Connection VSC. In this case, they must take the following steps: Disconnect and reconnect the device to the Vyvo Smart app. Later unbind and then rebind your device to your Data NFT.
Connection USDV
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The Connections that are purchasing are correctly in your Hub.
Community Pool VSC
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console Pro is active.
- The Members of both your Hubs are mining and collecting VSC points in the Hubs.
Community Pool USDV
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console Pro is active. To participate in this Reward, you must have an active Hub console Pro. Members have a grace period of 30 days to renew the Hub Console Pro. When the Hub Console Pro expires and the Grace Period is over, the member is assigned a Hub Console Free. At the end of that Epoch, if the Hub Console Pro is not renewed, the member is no longer eligible for Community Rewards, and the Delta Savings is lost.
- The Members of both your Hubs are producing HV points in the Hubs.
- The Payable amount is greater than 100 USDV.
Community Pool Shopping
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console Pro is active.
- The Members of both your Hubs are producing HV points in the Hubs. Accumulation comes through transactions made with VyvoPay card, VyvoPay Band, and also the OdeePay card. The reward will be 1 USDV (HV) in your Hub for each US$10 in transactions.
