- Download the App and sign up, or log in, with the same credentials you use for Helohealth.com. Follow the steps on the App to create your profile.
- Select “Band” in the “Device” page and select your device from the list. The pairing process will begin.
- After the pairing, the App may update your device firmware.
- Once the Band and the App are connected, you can navigate through the Data, Device, and Profile pages.
- Log into the App and go to the “Device” page.
- Scroll down until you reach the “Unbind” button. Click on it and select “OK” in the pop up message to complete the unpairing.
The Band button's LED color changes with connection status:
- Connected: light blue.
- Unconnected: green.
