- To turn the band on: when the Band is powered off, press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds.
- Click twice in a row: The simultaneous Blood Pressure measurement will start within 10 seconds. The blue light will flicker for 1 second. Place your finger on the sensor to start the measurement or it will automatically cancel.
- Tap to check if the band is connected: If the touch LED light is Blue, it means that it is connected to a phone.
