What do the LED on the button of my BioSense mean?

Blue Flicker
Measurement request via smartphone: Flickers twice.

Measurement via touch button: during blood oxygen/blood pressure measurements:

• When the measurement is initiated, it flickers twice;
• When the fingertip covers the detection window, it stops flashing to avoid affecting the data.

Blue Always bright
Measurement completed via touch button: When a health measurement is completed, it is stays on for 2 seconds.

Firmware update: The Band is updating the firmware.

Red Flicker
Measurement failed: Flickers twice per second.

Guardian Alert: Flickers until user presses the button.

Multicolor Flicker
Power On: When the Band is off, press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds to power on the device. The LED light indicator will cycle through colors for 10 seconds. Additionally, when the Band is off and placed on the charger, the device will automatically power on.

Power Off: When the Band is on, power off is initiated through the App. Click “Turn off the band” to complete the shutdown. The LED light indicator will cycle through colors for 10 seconds.

Restart: When the Band is on, press and hold the touch button for 10 seconds to enter the restart mode (red light flicker). Then double press the touch button within 5 seconds to confirm the restart (shut down first, then power on). If the touch button is not double-pressed within 5 seconds, the Band will automatically exit the restart mode, and the red light will stop flickering.

Green/Light blue Flicker
Connected: When the Band is powered on, flickers 2 times every 15 min. Color changes with connection status:

• Connection: Light blue.
• Unconnected: Green.

Check Device on: To verify if the device is on. Press the touch button and the light will flicker twice in two seconds. Color changes with connection status:

• Connection: Light blue.
• Unconnected: Green.
