- I can’t see the REM Sleep hours in the Sleep Analysis of my LifeWatch Generation 2
The new REM Sleep analysis requires the 24h monitoring feature to be on. When activated, the 24h monitoring feature will take six (6) hours to effectively begin monitoring, as the watch will monitor and collect atrial activity to establish baseline parameters.
Please note: The REM Sleep service is only available if you have an active monthly subscription.
- Why would the AFib monitoring feature stop working on my LifeWatch Generation 2?
The AFib function can be deactivated automatically when:
- The sensor has no contact with the skin for more than 10 minutes.
- When the Watch is turned off and on.
- When the Watch is reset.
- If the function is deactivated automatically when using the Watch, the Watch must be switched off and on again.
Please note:
- If, when turning off and on the Watch, the problem with the automatic deactivation of the AFib monitoring persists, proceed with resetting the Watch. Before resetting the watch, correctly synchronize all data with the app.
- The AFib service is only available if you have an active monthly subscription.
