Messaging management on LifeWatch Generation 2

How can I read the messages on my LifeWatch Generation 2?

1. Go to the Menu page of your LifeWatch and click on Message. 
2. Choose the message you want to read and click on it. If needed, swipe your finger up to view all of the text.

How can I decide which messages to receive on my LifeWatch Generation 2?

LifeWatch devices support a variety of messaging apps you can choose for the message notification of your LifeWatch.

Log into your mobile app and go to the Device page > Message Notification to decide what type of messages to receive on your device by just clicking on the round button next to each App icon.

I want to receive messages on my LifeWatch Generation 2 but I don’t want to receive the notification. How can I do it?

You’ll have to activate the No Disturb mode. In this way, you will not receive messages notifications but you will still be able to see if there are any unread messages on the envelop icon on the upper right-handed side of the Watch Home Screen. 

To activate the No Disturb mode:

1. Go to the Menu page of your LifeWatch and click on Settings.
2. Click on the bar next to “No Disturb” to activate it. The white circle on the bar will turn green to indicate that the feature is on.

You can also activate the No Disturb mode by simply swiping up on the Watch Home Screen and selecting the Moon icon.

How can I delete the messages from my LifeWatch Generation 2?

1. Go to the Menu page of your LifeWatch and click on Message.
2. Swipe your finger to the left on the message you want to delete to show the red “Delete” button. Press the button to delete the message.
