Your Stress Level gives you insights into your energy, mood, and disposition. Your LifeWatch Generation 2 can analyze and give you an in-depth tool to understand how your lifestyle directly affects your daily state over time. LifeWatch Generation 2 analyzes your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) while you are inactive to determine your overall stress.
To manually measure your Stress Level on your Watch Generation 2:
- Go to the Health page and scroll down until you find Stress; click on it.
- The measurement will automatically start. Please sit down and stay quiet during the process and keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the screen face up.
- As the measurement is completed, the result will display on the screen with the number rate and its description.
