How can I measure the Energy Level on my Watch Lite SE?

Watch Lite SE analyzes your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) automatically and continuously.

To manually measure your Energy Level on your Watch Lite SE:

1. Go to the Health page and scroll down until you find Energy; tap on it.
2. The measurement will automatically start. Please follow the instructions shown on the screen: sit down and stay quiet during the process, keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the screen face up.
3. As the measurement is completed, the result, with the number rate and its description, will display on the screen.
