1. Open the App and make sure your device is connected to your phone. If not, please pair your devices.
2. Go to the Data page and slide your finger down the screen to load your Health Data.
3. As you scroll down your Data page, you will find all your daily health records stored under different categories.
4. On top, under the category name, you will find Today. If you click on it, a calendar will appear, and you can view your health records for a specific day.
All your historical health data is stored in the app and is visible anytime using the calendar.
