The new devices are equipped with a high-precision clinical grade digital temperature sensor, capable of providing a skin temperature result with an accuracy of up to ±0.1°C. This allows you to be constantly aware of your skin temperature, an important health, and well-being indicator.
While you wear your device, the device will automatically and continuously detect your temperature during the whole day and night, sending all the data to the mobile app for you to check the records.
A diagram will show you the pattern of your body temperature registered during the day, with minute precision.
The Skin Temperature app page will also display your current, lowest, and highest body temperature ever registered by the feature and provide you with further information about average body temperature and the factors that may affect it.
Our devices can only detect the body temperature from the wrist area (the area where it is in contact with the skin).
There are factors that influence the results of Skin Temperature:
- Environment temperature.
- Positioning and skin contact with the device.
When our devices detect changes in skin temperature outside of normal values, we immediately receive an alert through the Guardian service.
Please note: The skin temperature results from our devices are to be used only as reference values.
