How to perform a reliable BIA Check? – Vyvo Support

BIA can be used in three ways:


Through Watch Generation 2 / BioSense Band (Mainly Upper body Composition)	Through Leggera 2 (Mainly Lower Body Composition)	Watch Generation 2 and Leggera 2 combined (Total body composition)

Certain factors may alter the results and need to be taken into consideration. For optimum measurement:

Ensure you are hydrated
No food in the previous 4 hours
Take the measurement in a location with a comfortable temperature
No exercise in the previous 12 hours

Have an empty bladder
No alcohol in the previous 48 hours
No diuretics in the previous 7 days
Frequently clean the conduction surface
