Each BIA value is integrated with a detailed insight historical graph. By following the graph trend you can verify and analyze how each value changes over time and at which percentage, your ideal value, and the total percentage of the specific value you are checking.
The historical graph pages also include an Info and Tips section to help you improve each BIA value.
1. Log into your mobile App and go to the Data page and on the BIA Check record.
2. For each BIA value, you will find two circle icons next to the title, to the right. Click on the left one to show the historical chart for that specific value.
