Download and set up your Vyvo Smart App

1. Download your Vyvo Smart App.

Download the Vyvo Smart App from Apple App Store, Google Play Store or APK for Huawei.

2. How do I sign up to Vyvo Smart App?

1. Open the App, type your email in the specified text box and click "Continue".

2. A One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter the code to verify your email.

3. Fill in the details of your gender, height, weight and date of birth and press "Next".

4. Complete your goals and press "Next".

5. Once the profile is created and you are ready to connect your device, press "Click here to begin".

Once the device and the app are connected, you can navigate through the Data, the Device, Info and the Profile pages.

3. Navigation in the Vyvo Smart App.

On the bottom are located four (4) icons for each section of the app.

	Data: In this page, you have access to all the Health Features, as well as the records of your measurements. On the top, you’ll see your Health Index, the status of your Wellness+ Subscription and the frequency of your automatic measurements. On the top right side of the screen, you have access to the sport modes, the Guardian notifications and the Device connected.
	Device: When opening the App you’ll land on the Device page, where you will be able to see all the information (MAC address, UID, device name) and the features of your device and manage your preferred settings. Here you can unbind and bind your devices.
	Info: In this page, you have access to all the user guides, tutorials, related websites and the option to start a conversation with the technical support.
	Profile: In this page, you can update your personal information and goals, check your subscription status, your VSC rewards and access the app settings.

4. How can I edit my profile information in Vyvo Smart App?

Open the App and click on the Profile icon located on the bottom of the screen > Edit Profile.

In this area, you will be able to update your:

• Full name.
• Gender.
• Height.
• Weight.
• Birthday.

In the Profile page, you can also update your goals.

How can I change the language on the App?

The language on the app is set automatically, based on the language on your phone. To change the language on the App, you need to change the language on your phone settings.

You can only change the language on the Watch Lite SE device from the App.  

• For iOS users:

1. To change the language on the App without changing the language settings of your phone, go to your iPhone Settings and scroll down until you find your App. Click on it.
2. Scroll down to Preferred Language > Language.
3. Choose your Language.
