To Add a Co-Owner
- Log into your Vyvo SocialFi Back Office.
- Go to Profile > My Profile. Click on the Add Co-Owner tab on top of the page.
- Enter the email address associated with the account of the user whom you want to become the co-owner of your account in the proper field and click the “Add Co-Owner” button.
- Click “Yes” to the pop-up asking you if you are sure to add that co-owner.
Once successfully added, your Co-Owner profile details will be visible in the tab next to your name, on top of the page, and will have the same access as your own account.
To log in as a Co-Owner
- Log into your Vyvo SocialFi Back Office with your email.
- Before entering the back office, you can select which Account to log into: yours or the account you are the co-owner of.
- When you login as the account Co-Owner, you’ll have full back office access without any limitations.
Please note:
- The Co-Owner must already exist in our system (i.e., they must be a user who is already registered or was invited to Vyvo SocialFi).
- Members who previously registered a Co-Owner will be required to add the same Co-owner.
- Once added, a Co-Owner cannot be removed or changed.
