BioSense Ring: Data measurement and synchronization issues.

If you are facing synchronization issues with your BioSense Ring, please follow these steps:

1. Unpair your device from the app.
2. Disable Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Android: restart your phone. iOs: power cycle your phone (turn your phone off and then on again).
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
5. Pair your device with the app.

If these steps do not work, reset the device.

If the problem is still not resolved, contact the Customer Service.
