- ACTIVE: You are considered Active if you own a Hub Console Pro.
- CONNECTION: A Connection is a Member linked to your Hub Console.
- CONNECTIONS PLACEMENT: You can add a connection by using the invitation codes provided in your app. There are two types of invitation codes: one for assigning a connection to Hub A and the other for assigning a connection to Hub B. Your choice of Hub placement depends on the decision you make when sharing your invitation code with a prospective connection.
- COMMUNITY DELTA: It is the difference in Hub Volumes after the Community Pool Reward USDV and VSC calculations (we calculate the Delta in Community Pool USDV, Community Pool Shopping, Community Pool VSC).
- DELTA SAVINGS: For the Community Pool USDV Reward the Delta is carried over to the following Epoch, where it plays a key role in determining the next reward amount. Activation condition is required; inactive Influencers will lose any accumulated volumes.
- EPOCH: An Epoch refers to a specific period, typically lasting seven days, in which the community's activity generates all rewards. Please note that the Company retains the right to alter the duration of any Epoch.
- EPOCH CYCLE CLOSING: An epoch typically spans a seven-day period and resets every Tuesday at 00:00 AM SGT.
- Los Angeles (PST, UTC-8) – Monday at 8:00 AM
- Miami (EST, UTC-5) – Monday at 11:00 AM
- Rome (CET, UTC+1) – Monday at 5:00 PM
- Moscow (MSK, UTC+3) – Monday at 7:00 PM
- Bangkok (ICT, UTC+7) – Monday at 11:00 PM
- Taipei (CST, UTC+8) – Tuesday at 12:00 AM
- Tokyo (JST, UTC+9) – Tuesday at 1:00 AM
- Singapore (SGT, UTC+8) – Tuesday at 12:00 AM (base reference time)
Note that time zones may change between standard and daylight savings time. However, the company reserves the right to change this closing time for any reason.
- ETHICAL POSITIONING: It is forbidden to attempt to ‘game’ the system to generate more rewards. Any Influencer attempting to do so may, at the Company’s sole discretion, have their account terminated. The Company reserves the right to deduct this amount from a Influencer’s rewards or to take action to seek monetary damages up to two times the fraudulent reward paid plus any legal costs.
- HUB: A Hub is a digital space in the inPersona and Vyvo SocialFi Apps that contains a user's connections and the USDV and VSC produced by them.
- HUB VOLUME: All purchases made within your Hubs during an epoch generate Hub volume (HV).
- MINIMUM PAYABLE HUB VOLUME: For the Community Pool USDV Reward, the payable amount must exceed 100 USDV. If it does not, the payment will be carried over and calculated in the next epoch.
- PERSONAL CAP: The maximum USDV reward that an Influencer can earn as Community Pool USDV Reward is 250,000 USDV per Epoch.
- REWARD FLUSHES: When an Influencer is not Active at the end of a epoch, all the Community Rewards and volumes will be lost and not computed for this Epoch.
- REFERRER: A referrer is an Influencer who owns a Hub Console and actively participates in the Vyvo SocialFi Rewards Program.
- REWARDS CALCULATION: Some rewards are computed instantly, while others are calculated on a daily basis. Additionally, periodic (usually seven days) rewards are calculated the day following the Epoch's closure. The results of these calculations will be finalized and accessible in your app.
- TOTAL REWARDS CAP: The maximum rewards amount in a single Epoch is 35% of the total sales generated inside the Vyvo SocialFi Rewards Program for the same Epoch. Any amount in excess will be deducted proportionately between all Influencers.
