注意: this procedure is exclusive for wrong sizing cases. If your wish to return or replace your BioSense Ring for a different reason, please refer to the general Warranty Policy.
In the case of purchasing the wrong size of the BioSense Ring, the user is entitled to request a replacement of the device from the Company.
The user will be responsible for all costs associated with both the shipping of the wrong device and for the shipment of the replacement product.
- The BioSense Ring replacement process is divided in two phases:
- The replacement procedure will start only after the payment of the new device shipment costs.
- The shipment of the replacement device will occur only after the defective device has been received.
- To be eligible for a BioSense Ring replacement, you must:
Return the products in resalable condition in its original undamaged packaging, with all components and accessories included and unused.
- This BioSense Ring replacement procedure does not cover:
- Products that have been damaged.
- Products purchased by third parties.
- Lost or stolen products.
