How can I measure Heart Rate on my Watch Generation 2?

LifeWatch Generation 2 analyzes your Heart Rate automatically and continuously.

To manually measure your Heart Rate on your LifeWatch Generation 2:

• Go to the Health page to find Heart Rate. Click on it.
• The measurement will automatically start. Please keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the screen face up.
• The Heart Rate will display on the screen.
