How can I manually measure the Stress Level on my Vyvo Watch Lite SE?

Watch Lite SE analyzes your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) while you are inactive to determine your overall stress.

To manually measure your Stress Level on your Watch Lite SE:

1. Go to the Health page and scroll down until you find Stress; click on it.
2. The measurement will automatically start. Please sit down and stay quiet during the process and keep the watch sensor close to your skin with the screen face up.
3. As the measurement is completed, the result will display on the screen with the number rate and its description.
