If you are facing synchronization issues with your BioSense Ring, please follow these steps:
- Unpair your device from the app.
- Disable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Android: restart your phone. iOs: power cycle your phone (turn your phone off and then on again).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Pair your device with the app.
If these steps do not work, reset the device.
If the problem is still not resolved, contact the Customer Service.
Please note: the Internet connection must be optimal and not activated by a VPN on your phone. It may influence your data synchronization.
